With Lorraine Grayston and astrologer John Wadsworth

Non-residential at Emerson College, Forest Row

This is a workshop for women and men where we invite you to this largely experiential workshop to explore healing, health and well-being through the houses that make up the wheel of the zodiac.

This is a rare opportunity to work in person with myself and my passion about health, healing and well-being and the Medicine Wheel in conjunction with my friend John Wadsworth, a professional astrologer and astrological consultant for over 20 years and also the author of the bestselling book Your Zodiac Soul: Working with the 12 zodiac gateways to create happiness, balance and wholeness.

Beliefs and Health

We will pay particular attention to how our beliefs, as part of a greater paradigm, influence our capacity for health, healing and well-being and how this is reflected in an astrological chart.

Traditionally astrologers look to the first house for an indication of life force and vitality, to the sixth house for a an indication of disease and susceptibility to particular physical health conditions and to the 12th house for susceptibility to mental or psychological health issues.

Holistic View

In this workshop we will take a more holistic view, looking at different perspectives on health and well-being from a whole chart perspective, looking at the hand system itself as a guide to integrated health and well-being, emphasising for example the 3rd/9th house access a strong indicator of other faiths, beliefs and worldview

Through a combination of experiential astrology pieces, and shamanic techniques, we will explore the paradigms of belief that we each live by, how they may limit or affirm, how these are revealed in our own birth charts and how we might consciously work to expand and/or transform them.
